Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application published under AllenApps by Allen Nguyen (the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Apps.
Apps Provided As-Is
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice.
Product Recommendations
Some Apps display product recommendations, suggestions, or information about third-party products and services. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, endorsements, or guarantees.
- Recommendations are not personalized professional advice (medical, nutritional, financial, or otherwise).
- The appearance of a product in the App does not imply our endorsement of that product or its manufacturer.
- You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided in the Apps.
Amazon Links — Prices and Availability
Some Apps contain affiliate links to products on Amazon. Please note:
- Product prices, availability, and details on Amazon may change at any time without notice and may differ from what is displayed in the App.
- We are not responsible for any discrepancies between information shown in the App and information on Amazon's platform.
- We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Some Apps offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and at the start of each renewal period.
- Price changes: If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you and require your consent before the new price takes effect.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
How to cancel: You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their terms.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Apps — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, icons, software, and code — is the property of Allen Nguyen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps or their content without our prior written consent.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, unless applicable laws expressly permit it.
- "Apple," "App Store," "StoreKit," and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allen Nguyen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
